WHY THAMASY?

Because it is located in a village of the same name. You don’t know such a place in Slovakia? That’s probably because though the village was founded a long time ago, in 1565 to be precise, its current name, Spišské Tomášovce, was given only in 1921.

OUR PENSION

Welcome to the website of Thamasy Family Guest House. The newly-built guesthouse offers accommodation a mere stone’s throw away from the Slovak Paradise with six guest rooms, a dining room (breakfast available at request), and a winter garden for relaxation. All our guest rooms are en-suite with balcony, free wi-fi and satellite. Stained natural wood furniture evokes a rural family atmosphere. Children can play in the garden: we have a play house, a slide, swings, ladders and a climbing wall. We have 5 parking spaces with additional spaces available just a few metres from the guesthouse.

Čingov, one of several „access points“ to the Slovak Paradise, is in the immediate neighbourhood. Not only the entire Spiš region, but also nearby Liptov and Gemer boast a rich historical and cultural heritage, beautiful natural scenery (including several national parks), and countless opportunities for sport and relaxation.
